Normal Surgery HoursOpening Hours
We are closed Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years Day.Monday to FridayThe Surgery is open from 8.30am to 5.45pm. The telephone is manned from 8.00am to 6.00pm. The surgery doors will close for lunch and staff training on the last Thursday of each month from 12.30pm to 1.30pm. SaturdayInformation about healthcare access on Saturdays is available HERE Emergencies out of normal surgery hours:Outside of normal Surgery hours, emergency services are provided by the Duty Doctor 12.30 to 1.30pm during the week and by SHROPDOC and NHS Direct at all other times. In an emergency, if you telephone the usual number 01952 586691 you will hear a message advising you how to seek advice. Please have a pen and paper available to write down the telephone number. Alternatively, you can call NHS Direct/SHROPDOC direct on 08450 20 21 31. At evenings and weekends the Shropshire Out of Hours Service (SHROPDOC) will help you with your problem. You may be given advice, or asked to attend the Primary Care Surgery by appointment only, or in the case of elderly housebound patients you may be visited.
