New Patients - How to Register With The Practice

If you are interested in registering as a patient with the practice, please complete a registration form, which can either be by registering with Woodside Medical practice online by clicking here  or via in-person at the practice.

You will be assigned a named GP. However, when making an appointment, you can request a consultation with any available clinician. 

Before registering with us, please check that you live within the practice catchment area using the postcode checker.

Temporary Patients

Where patients have relatives or friends staying for a short period, should they need to see a doctor or nurse, they can attend the practice as a temporary patient. 

We will ask them to complete a short form to allow us to organise a temporary registration. We would ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the allotted appointment time to allow for the completion of the necessary paperwork.
