Just in case you need medical help over the bank holiday, it's important to know which NHS service is best suited for your needs.
For urgent medical advice and to book out-of-hours GP appointments, use NHS 111 online or call 111 free from any phone.
Always call 999 for life-threatening emergencies such as a stroke or heart attack.
Most pharmacies will be closed on the bank holiday. Some may be running, such as Adsa or Boots Pharmacies. However, they may be running on reduced hours. So it is always best to check.
