Physiotherapy

As part of the South East Telford PCN, we offer physiotherapy appointments every Wednesday. 

You do not need to be referred to these services and are able to book them yourself. 

How to book 

To book, you can either give us a call on 01952 586691, visit us in person at the practice, book online via patient access, or request our admin team to send you a self-bookable link via text message to book at a time that best suits you.
